AVIAREPS has more than 20 years's experience in providing professional Passenger GSA services and tourism marketing to our clients. It is the world's leading GSA and Tourism representation organization with 66 offices in 50 countries.
Your mission includes two blocks:
Admin block
- Administration of full office workflow order
- Receiving and coordinating phone calls
- Working with correspondence in Russian and English (incl. mails, e-mails, courier mails)
- Meeting guests office visitors & organizing Reception functions
- Ordering office supplies, food, business cards etc.
- Assistance in organizing meetings, events, seminars, training, incentives etc.
- Working with agreements and other documents: reception, allocation, signing, storage and return to couriers/via mail
HR block
- Full communication with HR Manager and office staff
- Support in: printing, scanning, copying, filing, sending of corporate documents
- Assisting with Visa documents preparation for expats and guests
- HR record assistance: duty trips, vacations, additional agreements
- Performing of other instructions upon HR Manager’s request
- Assisting in organization of corporate incentive events
Your qualification:
- Higher education
- Good communicative and written skills both in Russian and English (fluent)
- Experience in Administration/HR 1-2 years.
- Multi-functional, fast learning, disciplined team player, follower of company’s standards and policies

- Schedule: 5-2 from 09.00-18.00 (incl 1h. lunch break)
