We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our global client acquisition efforts. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while building relationships with Tier 1 clients across the fashion, beauty, automotive, sports and tech industries
What You’ll Do
- Lead outbound business development efforts with a focus on cold outreach via LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Identify and engage new clients across global markets, especially in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Represent WHY.CGI at industry conferences, creative shows, and networking events (online and offline).
- Conduct research to identify high-potential leads aligned with our creative services.
- Craft and execute personalized messaging to initiate and nurture relationships with marketing executives, creative leads, and brand managers.
- Run intro calls and discovery meetings to uncover opportunities for collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative and production teams to develop customized proposals.
- Track and manage all outreach activities and client interactions in Monday CRM to ensure visibility and consistency across the pipeline.
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate outreach effectiveness and optimize conversion strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client acquisition
- ideally within the creative, media, production, or digital marketing space.
- Proven ability to drive cold outreach and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent (C1-C2) in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An existing network and experience working with Tier 1 brands or creative agencies.
- Confident using LinkedIn and other social platforms for targeted outreach.
- Experience working remotely with international teams and clients.
- Comfortable attending (virtually or in-person) creative industry events and representing the company externally.
